This superb dessert wine crosses all the t’s and dots all of the i's for the Jurancon region. Equal amounts of Gros and Petit Manseng are destemmed and have a cold skin maceration before pressing. Alcoholic fermentation is in stainless steel thermo-regulated tanks as is the ageing, preserving all of the intense aromas of white peaches, pineapple and pears which give way to a fresh and juicy palate with delicate sweetness. This wine has great balance with elegance and finesse.
