This wine was given some skin contact prior to full fermentation to develop as much of the full fruit aromas as possible. The wine is so typical of the best of Rueda whites with tropical fruit aromas and flavours dominating. This makes a wonderful partner to the right foods but is so easy to drink "au natural"!
