Cantina La Delizia - Veneto
The Cantina La Delizia was created back in 1931 by 70 enthusiastic vine-growers who formed a cooperative for making and marketing their wines.
La Delizia is located in the Friuli Grave and Friuli Aquileia zones that are well known for their high quality production of single varietal wines. In the clay-gravel soils under such a favourable climate for viticulture, new and old grape varieties flourish side by side especially under the passionate hands of the cooperative's members.
This cantina is quite forward thinking with La Delizia's members each receiving text messages telling them anything from when to treat the vines up to when to pick the grapes! The wines are becoming famous internationally and deservedly so for considering their attractive prices, the quality always remains consistently at a high level.

Friulano - Cantina La Delizia |
Originally called Tokay - Friulano, this grape was renamed due to the Hungarian Tokaji bearing a similar name. Light, fresh and with a hint of spice too, it makes a great anytime wine.

This pale coloured yet well flavoured rose is delicious either by itself or with lighter foods. Delicate pear flavours and refreshing acidity are the hallmark here with a light yet lingering finish.
