Cabernet Sauvignon in quite a unique style. In order to make the wine accessible for early drinking the wine is pressed after only 5 days on the skins before the heaviest tannins are extracted. This results in a lighter colour than for most Cabernet Sauvignon based wines and a fruitier style. Notes of cloves are evident in the bouquet and on the palate it’s fruity and chewy with a forward fruit driven style.
