Chateau Canet - Minervois
The wonderful property of Chateau Canet is both vineyard and olive farm and is found in the tranquil countryside of the Languedoc just 15 minutes from the ancient city of Carcarsonne. It is without doubt one of the finest producers of the Minervois.
The wines of Chateau Canet are crefted under the careful guidance of Floris Lemstra and oenologist Caroline de Beaulieu, who work with exceptional care and attention to detail, producing a perfect balance between purity of fruit and the flavours of the terroir. As they age, the wines take on great complexity making it virtually impossible to put the glass down for fear of missing some of the nuances! Great people and great wines.
