Nebbiolo the great grape of both Barolo and Barbaresco and though often lighter in colour than other fine wines, it gives some of the world's greatest bottles of wine. This is actually from the younger vines of the Capalot vineyard within the Barolo appellation and it gives sensational dry flower aromas with hints of raw meat. On the palate it is soft with sweet fruit and notes of tar in the background that lead to a huge finish with hints of bitter chocolate.
