Domaine de Fabregues - Languedoc

Inspired by the passion of Carine Despinasse, the Domaine de Fabregues consists of several parcels of vineyard with a variety of soils and microclimates, each playing host to specific grape varieties. The diversity of wines she produces gives her a palette with which to create a vast spectrum of both white and red wines that all share the same finesse and breeding with the delicious hallmark of the Languedoc stamped large upon them.

The Fabregues estate is close to the village of Pezanas but the vineyards are scattered through various locations, some with true garrigue influences and others with more coastal climates.

Fabregues also has a sister estate run by Carine's husband and this is under the appellation of Coteaux du Languedoc. Les Verrieres is a more muscular style of wine, of great power and much complexity.
