This lively blend made for us by Marcos Eguren of Sierra Cantabria fame is a winner with or without food. The fresh aromas show an array of fruit flavours with banana apple and peach all in evidence. The palate is bright and fruity silky and with a perfect level of acidity to leave the palate refreshed.
