This well fruited white wine from San Giogio a Lapi is special in that it has around 1/3 of the wine coming from the local Malvasia di Candia grape which adds plenty of aroma to the wine. In fact it gives it a slightly spicy character implying depth to the overall flavour. It's a good food wine especially with cured meats and cheeses.
