This latest blend of Riesling from Paul Cluver is off dry (just short of 20 grams residual sugar) that helps carry those delicious fruit flavours to the palate with pples and citrus dominant. It's really clean and fresh with some wonderful zesty notes underpinned by minerality. The residual sugar also help intensify the aftertaste. Try it with a lobster or maybe a crab.
