Maison Champy Pernand-Vergelesses 2010

Maison Champy Pernand-Vergelesses 2010 is pale gold in colour, with a beautiful aromatic intensity. The nose opens with notes of citrus, white flowers, wild mint and a mineral and smokey background. Bright, citrussy and elegant on the palate, with a nice balance between freshness and roundness. The finish is long and persistent with an enticing minerality. This is now mature but still has life let and makes a fantastic partner to ripe soft cheeses such as Camembert and Brie.
