A fresh and fruity wine that offers very intense perfumes of flowers together with hints of aromatic herbs and citrus touches. The fruity notes are exotic - passionfruit and grapefruit. In the mouth the wine is palate filling with great elegance. It is very much fruit dominated with outstanding balance between freshness and structure. The finish is long and rich and the whole thing cries out for some food.

What Roger Says:

"This pure white Grenache wine is a wonderful accompaniment to the season’s wonderful foods, especially fish and shellfish.

Grown in the brown limestone soils of the Carinena vineyards close to the city of Zaragoza, the vines produce high quality grapes that are packed with flavour and fresh acidity. The wine has very intense perfumes of flowers together with hints of aromatic herbs and citrus touches. The fruity notes are exotic - passionfruit and grapefruit. In the mouth the wine is palate filling with great elegance. It is very much fruit dominated with outstanding balance between freshness and structure. The finish is long and rich and the whole thing cries out for some food.

The vineyards of Dominio Laidi deliver excellent fruit and the continental climate of the region with hot days and cooler nights fixes the fruit flavours so the resulting wine is fresh and packed with an abundance of white fruit with some floral notes behind. A really generous offering."

This modern winery located in the north-east of Spain is the new face of Garnacha in Aragon and now makes sensational wines after a shaky start. The vineyards are at between 600 and 800 meters and with scarce rainfall and a Mediterranean climate, the vines are sufficiently stressed to produce fruit of exceptional quality.
