The Joly family have been vine growers for generations in the Aube region of Champagne and their know-how has been put to great use here. This non-vintage cuvée is a blend of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, with 40% of reserve wines used. The dosage is around 7 grams per litre, making it a true Brut Champagne.
