Château Pontet Plaisance

This small property has just 3 hectares of vineyard right in the heart of the Saint-Émilion appellation. It is a family property that reflects their great desire to make exceptional wines. Jean-Claude and Anicette Arnaud are the 4th generation to run this estate which is planted with 70% Merlot and 15% each of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Vinification is traditional, and the wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
