Sipp Mack Riesling Tradition

Sipp Mack Riesling Tradition has great backbone thanks to the mineral soils of Hunawihr. These impart a slightly stoney finish which is a great partner to the bright, green apple fruit. With time this will develop the toasty and petrol notes so typical of the grape variety, but for now it is fresh as a daisy.
