Gewurztraminer – a popular choice for the summer
We’ve seen a big increase in Gewurztraminer sales especially those from Domaine Sipp Mack in Alsace. It’s organic, vegan, and above all, a wonderful aromatic drink in the summertime. We got to thinking about the food pairings and yes, Gewurztraminer Sipp Mack is really, really flexible.
It will go well with all sorts of egg based dishes, shellfish and crustaceans, North African food such as Tagines, Thai and Indian curries, oily fish and not forgetting duck a l’orange. It’s a brilliant wine so why not give it a run out?
