Lyme Bay Shoreline

An English wine to be celebrated, Lyme Bay Shoreline's nose has a suggestion of tropical fruit and rose petals on the nose, with ripe yet subtle pear aromas.

A crisp, bright palate has white orchard fruit flavours, with citrus and elderflower, all sharpened by a saline, mineral character.

This 2015 Gold Medal Winner at the Sommelier Wine Awards combines plenty of the qualities that make the winery that produced it so special.

Lyme Bay Shoreline is light, dry and aromatic enough to pair perfectly with the region's excellent seafood.

Attention-to-detail is clear at every stage of its production, particularly in the expert handling of the grape varieties that make it.

A distinctive mix of 51 percent Seyval Blanc, 46 percent Bacchus and just 3 percent Pinot Noir (vinified white) is grown, picked, pressed and fermented by Lyme Bay's in-house specialists.
