Most people regard Spain as a place for red wines yet over the last decade or so, white wine production has increased in quality substantially. It’s now taken very seriously and with some seafood of fish dishes there is nothing finer.
They are all dry and refreshing and just the ticket to wash down a Paella or some Prawns in Garlic and tomato sauce.
