Bladen Marlborough Pinot Noir Rose 2016
Bladen Pinot Noir Rose is simply delicious. The salmon pink hue of this wine hints at a fruity nose, which is the case once the bottle is opened and a glass poured. Red fruits like raspberry and strawberry mingle with notes of watermelon, peaches and cream before leading on to a well balanced palate. This is medium bodied with a soft texture and more of those ripe berry flavours, before a long and flavoursome finish.Ideally, this should be drunk now but it can be cellared for a couple of years too. Beautifully complements smoked salmon paté, click here for the recipe.

The grapes were hand picked, de-stemmed and then held in the press for two-to-four hours. After gentle pressing and settling, the clear juice was then racked and cold fermented using selected yeast strains to preserve the varietal fruit flavours. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel.

Sam Kim, Wine Orbit 2016
A delightfully expressed rosé, the fragrant bouquet shows rock-melon, citrus and strawberry characters with a hint of floral lift. The palate is juicy and lively with a hint of sweetness, which is nicely balanced by bright acidity. A crowd-pleasing style showing vibrancy and elegant fruit intensity.
