Domaine Pascal Prunier-Bonheur Saint-Romain La Combe Bazin 2016
This is an excellent white Burgundy that remains affordable. The bouquet is of green apples with a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is crisp and well balanced with notes of butter behind the fruit and the finish is long and true. This is an elegant wine that is best enjoyed at the table with poultry especially in a creamy sauce.
