Wines to accompany the Leek Flan with Caerphilly Cheese Sauce.

This is a delightful starter and with the bright acidity of the cheese sauce, it requires a wine of good flavour with decent acidity also, so we opted for a Dry Chenin Blanc from Vouvray and a Macon Fuisse. Both would be ideal as partners to the food and both are great wines simply to drink by themselves, so enjoy while you can!
