Chateau Cissac 2016, showing more fruit and density than in previous vintages, is a blend of 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. This is a lovely vintage in Bordeaux which gave good ripeness to the grapes and this wine exhibits a dense ruby purple colour, good minerality, savoury, dark cassis fruit and an alluring depth and ripeness. Drink it over the next 10 - 12 years.
