Château Mazeyres 2014, Pomerol

Chateau Mazeyres 2014 is a very deep red hue and develops a powerful nose as soon as it is open, with aromas of red fruit leading towards a predominant scent of violets, cherry and strawberry and an extremely discreet touch of oak. It is rich and full on the first taste, and it continues with precise, elegantly fine textured tannins balanced by good acidity. Dark fruit flavours can be perceived again, before the long finish provides subtle hints of coffee.
