Coriole Sangiovese Shiraz shows redcurrant, cherry, dark chocolate and a soft earthiness on its nose. Hints of liquorice and spice lead into a medium bodied, juicy palate that displays dark berry and red fruit. It is a wine that shows the best characteristics of both grape varieties: richness and lushness from the Shiraz with the Sangiovese imparting a savoury, structural edge. Drink now and over the next few years.

The two varieties blend well together: Shiraz provides richness and concentration and Sangiovese provides beautiful red fruit and a savoury texture.
