In this delicious mixed case you'll find some of the greatest values in the complete wine world. Each and every wine would be perfect for any occasion, be it a quiet dinner for two or a fine dining event with friends or family.
Each Case Contains:
Sauvignon Blanc Les Carisannes - Domaine Brochard, Loire Valley
Henry Brochard Les Carisannes Sauvignon Blanc is dry, fresh and fruity, revealing bright gooseberry aromas, blackcurrant leaf and grapefruit citrus with tropical fruit notes running through. Produced in vineyards just outside of Sancerre, it's a little more New World in style and simply packed with fruit.
Vouvray Sec - Domaine Darragon, Loire Valley
Maison Darragon Vouvray Sec is a festival of flavours! Acacia flowers, white fruits (apple, pear), citrus, this really is a classic dry Vouvray. Supple and balanced, with a hint of green apple and quince acidity and a stoney character providing freshness to the finish. Pure Chenin Blanc from the Touraine.
Macon Peronne - Domaine du Bicheron, Southern Burgundy
Domaine Du Bicheron Macon-Peronne is a wine of true class at an everyday price. It displays all of the clarity that fine Mâcon Blanc can offer. The aromas are floral with dominant notes of hawthorn. The palate shows abundant apple fruit with a suggestion of citrus, great purity and an underpinning minerality that makes it a wonderful food partner. No oak is used here, so that the wine reveals all of the freshness that Chardonnay can give.
Cotes de Gascogne - Domaine Horgelus, Gascogny
Domaine Horgelus Colombard Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing and fun white wine that shows the sunnier side of Sauvignon Blanc, despite it only making up 25% of the blend. In typical Horgelus style, it’s full of flavour and jumps from the glass. Citrussy, tropical and an exercise in fruity freshness and zing, this is full of white grapefruit, gooseberries and blackcurrant leaves on the nose and palate.
Picpoul de Pinet - Vignobles Canet, Languedoc
The wonderfully refreshing and crisp Vignobles Canet Picpoul De Pinet Tête De Cuvée is a bone-dry white, boasting a mineral and grapefruit tang, plus a hint of smokey, white pepper spice. The Muscadet of the south of France. Show it an oyster and it'll amaze you!
Cotes du Rhone Blanc - Chateau St Roch, Rhone Valley
Chateau Saint-Roch Cotes Du Rhone Blanc has lemon and grapefruit citrus notes on the nose, plus white blossom. It is fresh and clean on the palate, underpinned by a stoney minerality. With white meats and fish it is a joy to drink but to really make your palate come alive, enjoy it as an apéritif.Half of the cuvée comprises Grenache Blanc, with a further 20 percent being Clairette and the remainder being 10 percent each of Viognier, Bourboulenc and Roussanne.
Each 6 bottle case contains one bottle of each wine and the 12 bottle case contains two bottles of each.
