An open and full wine with plenty of black fruit aromas and flavours with hints of menthol and lead pencil and a faint trace of bitter chocolate behind. Moderately full bodied on the palate with decent balance and structure, it is good to go now but should develop further over the coming decade if well stored. 90 points Robert Parker
