Maison Champy Beaune 1er Cru Aux Cras 2010 is a beautiful, intense garnet colour with purple hues. A delicate, floral (violet, rose) nose with blueberry and blackcurrant fruit aromas. The palate displays a beautiful minerality, and is elegant and slightly spicy. The finish has a saline minerality and is slightly drying. Overall, this is a very well-balanced wine, rich and elegant with great ageing potential.
