Maison Darragon Vouvray Moelleux Cuvee Simone Mignot has delicate aromas of white fruits and white flowers that dominate the nose, with honey and citrus scents also making themselves known. Luscious rather than overly sweet on the palate, the botrytis influence has added honey, sweet spice and a subtle nutty note to the melon, pear and citrus fruit. Chenin's typically fresh acidity keeps everything in check. Joyous.

Maison Darragon Vouvray Moelleux Cuvée Simone Mignot is a late harvested and botrytis-affected Chenin Blanc, it is one of the world's most unctuous wines. Often mis-translated as "sweet", moelleux actually means "soft", perfectly describing this delicious and hedonistic wine. It is sweeter than the Maison Darragon demi-sec Vouvray, but it is also richer all around thanks to the concentration and viscosity that the botrytis has supplied.
