Mas Carlot Costières De Nimes Rose is a beautiful shade of soft pink. The nose is fruity - redcurrants, strawberries - and floral - rose petals. Initially fresh and medium-bodied, it fleshes out on the mid-palate becoming juicy, rich and slightly savoury before freshening again on the finish.

Mas Carlot Costières De Nîmes Rosé is a fresh and lively blend of Grenache, Syrah and just a touch of Mourvèdre. The must is bled from the skins after around 12 hours, enough time to colour the juice without adding tannins into the equation.

From Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
Vibrantly clear and raspberry in colour, the 2012 Mas Carlot Costières De Nîmes Cuvée Tradition Rosé (50% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre) delivers loads of wild strawberry, cherry, flowers and hints of minerality in a medium-bodied, classically dry, yet textured and rich package. Not quite to the Tavel level of richness, this beautifully fresh, elegant rosé represents an awesome value. 90 Points
