A crisp, fresh and pale rose from Mendoza's Maipo region. The bouquet is dominated by small red fruits that imply a sweetness to the wine when in fact it is bone dry (5 gr sugar/litre). The fruit is dominant on the palate too which makes it ideal as an aperitif. If you want to drink it with food, try it with seafood especially something like spaghetti with clams.

This is a modern style of rose that, as it was fermented solely in stainless steel tanks has only the aromas and flavours of the grape. It is a sensation to just sit and drink by itself but works well with food too.
